About me

My career as a technical illustrator began in newspapers where I produced info-graphics. During this time I worked in the United Kingdom and North America. Since returning to the UK I have worked with a growing number of publishing groups and design agencies.

I produce illustrations in a range of styles, often adapting the design of a project to fit a particular subject or publication format. Most importantly, I hold the clarity and presentation of the subject above all else. I am highly experienced in the production of technical diagrams, infographics, statistical charts, maps, icons, scientific and medical illustrations. I am also able to research and write material to accompany illustrations.

Based near to Bristol and Bath, I am able to travel throughout the UK and abroad when required. I am available for freelance projects.

Several of my newspaper projects have received awards of excellence from the Society of News Design in the field of Information-Graphics and Charting.
